Location: Placentia, CA
Pay Range: $28-32 p/h

The AP/AR Specialist will support day-to-day accounting operations, including processing vendor invoices, coding and entering invoices, preparing payments, posting customer payments, generating invoices, and assisting with collections and account reconciliations. The role will also maintain accurate financial records, research and resolve billing discrepancies, and provide general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, responding to customer and vendor inquiries, and assisting with other accounting duties as needed.
